Clara is a Somatic Experiencing® therapist, certified psychedelic integration coach, therapeutic touch practitioner, certified Reiki practitioner, and trauma-informed registered yoga teacher. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from UCLA and a Master’s degree from Antioch University. Clara combines her education, specialized training, and personal healing journey to provide holistic, deeply attuned support for her clients.

She specializes in supporting women ages 20+ through holistic trauma healing, life transitions, and psychedelic integration. Clara helps her clients explore their inner world and release deeply rooted imprints of trauma from the body, which allows them to reclaim their authentic selves and find inner peace. She empowers her clients to reconnect with their intuition so they can align their lives with the relationships, opportunities, and experiences they truly desire.
