Sophie Nickoll, MA, APCC, is a professional counselor whose path into psychology was shaped by her own healing journey with chronic illness and a lifelong curiosity about the inner world. She holds a BA in Sociology from UCLA and a Master’s in Integral Counseling Psychology from CIIS, grounding her practice in both systemic awareness and a holistic mind-body-spirit approach. Her clinical background spans community mental health with homeless and runaway youth, training at the Southern California Counseling Center, and research on neuroplasticity at the Gupta Program. She is also certified in Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy through Journey Clinical. Outside the therapy room, Sophie is a creative spirit who loves music, performance, visual art, nature, and good food shared with loved ones.
